We aim to keep data practices clear, practical, and aligned with the product experience.
AutonLabs processes user data to provide job search automation and workspace tools. We design product flows so sensitive account, resume, and integration data is handled with purpose and restraint.
We collect account details, uploaded job materials, resume data, application activity, and information you provide while using AutonLabs. When you connect integrations, we may process the data needed to power those workflows.
We use your information to operate the product, automate requested workflows, personalize your workspace, improve platform reliability, and protect against misuse or unauthorized access.
If you connect services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, or file storage, AutonLabs accesses only the data needed for the features you enable. Integration access may be revoked through the product or the third-party provider.
Some features use AI systems to analyze resumes, job descriptions, messages, and application context. Outputs should be reviewed by you before relying on them for important decisions or communications.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion where supported by applicable law and product capabilities.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers, integration partners, or legal authorities when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the platform.
You can update account information, disconnect integrations, or stop using the service. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
